We want you to be fully satisfied with your official team gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
